The Ring of Fire is a rare type of solar eclipse that occurs when the moon passes directly in front of the sun, but leaves a ring of fire visible around the moon. This type of eclipse is said to be a time of great power and transformation.

This workshop will provide you with the tools and guidance you need to awaken your 3rd eye on this special day. We will start with a simple breathwork exercise to center and ground ourselves. Then, we will lead you through a candle gazing meditation to activate your 3rd eye. Finally, we will end the workshop with a sound session to realign and recalibrate your energies for a total new beginning.

This workshop is open to all levels of experience, no prior meditation experience is necessary. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore your inner world.
