Contraindication
We are applying transformational breathwork for this journey; it is not a slow breathing meditation experience, it requires intensely breathing our way to catharsis. It may not be for you if you have the following conditions:
Cardiovascular problems; High or abnormal blood pressure; History of aneurysms, Epilepsy or history of seizures; Severe psychiatric symptoms particularly psychosis or paranoia; Bipolar disorder; Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment; Anyone on heavy medication; Recent surgery; Glaucoma; Pregnancy.

We recommend the following steps to help you maximise your journey experience:
Pre-Journey
- Refrain from eating &/or drinking for at least 1-2 hours prior
- Make sure your electronic devices are charged or has a power supply
- Switch mobile devices to airplane mode so as not to be distracted
For The Journey
- We highly recommend using headphones for a more immersive experience (speakers are fine)
- Ideally access Zoom via a Computer &/or mobile device
- Find a comfortable lying position on a yoga mat / sofa / bed
- Perhaps have a blanket, eye pillow, bolster, or cushions beforehand for more comfort
Post Journey
- Paper and pen to journal afterwards
- Drink / eat something 1-2 hours post journey
- Try not to rush back into “normal” life for an hour or so afterwards
