What You Need To Prepare Before The Session
- 1Wear loose and comfortable clothes during session
- 2A quiet space or room for minimal distractions (preferably with black out or thick curtain)
- 3A yoga mat or your bed for guided meditation
- 4Pen and papers
- 5Good quality ear phones (recommended)
- 6A good & stable connection to the internet (conducted via Zoom)
- 7Crystals: Clear Quartz or Moon Stones (Optional, only if you already have them)
- 8Bath with white chrysanthemum and energy cleanse scrub with natural sea-salt, Epsom salt or himalaya pink salt before session (optional)
- 9Essential Oils (Frankincense ). This is not compulsory, only if you already have the oils at home. (It is advisable to cleanse the energy of your home with sacred frankincense BEFORE the session too)
- 10A big jug or mug of water infused with green lime slices (optional)
- 11An open mind and heart
