In the F.A.T Body Movement Workshop, we explore the power of Flow, Awareness, and Transcendence (F.A.T). Through intentional movements and mindful practices, you will cultivate a deep sense of flow within your body, unlocking hidden potential and enhancing your overall well-being.
In this edition, we explore the most powerful sound instrument we all possess - our VOICE. The first step will be to access our individual voice and unlock its potential to improve our energy flow. This can be further developed to using vocalization for attuning energy within ourselves & also others.
As sound & vocalization form the seed of our action & outward flow of energy, attuning the voice is an important process in improving the flow of our creation & manifestation energy. By becoming fully aware & developing the power of your voice, you can uncover new levels of personal growth.
Through guided exercises, you will discover the power of your own voice, learn how to harness and use this power more effectively & eventually learn how to harmonize energies for optimal well-being.

About Jessie Lee
With over 20 years of diverse experience including an 8-year stint as an instructor under Dato’ Joey Yap and the Mastery Academy, Jessie is now an independent household name in Chinese Metaphysics with a string of A-list clientele including high profile entrepreneurs and top management of global brands, celebrities, royalties and politicians from both the local and international scene.
