Part 1: Chinese Metaphysics Foundations
Understanding Fire Horse energy and how it impacts emotions, relationships, work, and visibility. Why Fire years expose inner weakness, and how to stabilise before they do.
Part 2: Energy Cleansing and Reset
How stagnant energy forms and why it creates problems in high-fire years. Daily and seasonal cleansing techniques you can actually sustain. Clearing residual 2025 patterns.
Part 3: Raising and Stabilising Power
How to raise energy without overstimulation. Balancing Yin (stability) and Yang (activation). Strengthening your energetic structure so power doesn't leak.
Part 4: Breathwork for Fire Horse (Live Practice)
Fire-appropriate breathwork to regulate your nervous system, build internal heat safely, and improve focus and stamina. Techniques you can use daily throughout 2026.
Part 5: TCM Wisdom for Fire Years
How Fire impacts heart, circulation, emotions, sleep, and anxiety. Simple lifestyle and self-care adjustments to support your body through Fire Horse pace.
Part 6: Sound and Integration Session
Sound frequencies to calm excess fire, anchor energy into the body, and seal the day's work. You'll leave grounded, not scattered.
